A door latch structure of a vehicle is provided to easily open and close a door of the vehicle by integrally or individually operating a cable lever and a claw lever. A door latch structure comprises a fork unit(100), a claw lever(200) and a cable lever(300). The fork unit is installed at a door of a vehicle. A hooking groove(110) is formed at one end of the fork unit, and a hooking end(120) protrudes from the other end of the fork unit. The claw lever is installed adjacent to the fork unit. A guide pin(210) protrudes from one surface of the claw lever. The claw lever has a rotational shaft, which is elastically supported by a pin spring(400), at one side thereof. The cable lever shares the rotational shaft with the claw lever at one side of the cable lever. The cable lever has a guide hole(310) which guides the movement of the guide pin.
