<p>PURPOSE: A composting method of food wastes is provided, which is characterized by using exothermic aerobic microbes in fermenting, and filtrates for use as liquid fertilizer and diluted water. CONSTITUTION: The composting method of food wastes comprises the steps of: (1-2) crushing food wastes; (1-4) diluting wastes with recycled water(diluted water) obtained by treating filtrates; (1-5) exothermic aerobic fermenting for 3days, wherein exothermic heat over 60deg.C is released and 0.5-2times(based on the volume of wastes) of diluted water is required for fermenting; (1-6) adding flocculants to fermented wastes; (1-7) dehydrating, wherein the filtrates are used as liquid fertilizer by simple treatment, and diluted water by the process of removing floating organics through aeration device, precipitating and taking supernatant, and recycling; and drying.</p> |
