PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude any influence from the change of device configurations on a terminal application, and to reduce the development/maintenance costs of the terminal application.

SOLUTION: A terminal application execution base 101 calls device calling method control 102 by using data items to be used for transaction and operations to them as keys, and the device calling method control 102 retrieves a device driver to be called and its method, and conditions for driving the device and the determination method of a value to be returned to the origin of calling and the determination method of the device which outputs data when it is executable by one or more devices from a calling method definition DB 103, and a device control logic control base 104 controls the device according to definition content described in the calling method definition DB 103, and performs a task service requested by the terminal application.
