<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the situation exactly upon the occurrence of poor actuation when a plurality of specimen pretreatment devices are actuated sequentially in predetermined order. <P>SOLUTION: Dispensers 14, 16 and 18 are actuated in turn. A host controller 12 judges presence of poor actuation with reference to the current value of the last dispenser after completing actuation.
