<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing an oxide semiconductor electrode material capable of enabling the reuse of a conductive glass substrate by removing an oxide semiconductor electrode material from the conductive glass substrate, of enabling the improvement in yield in the production line, the recovery of the conductive glass substrate from discarded solar batteries, and the reduction in the amount of waste materials, of enabling the provision of solar batteries the production cost of which has been reduced, and as a result, of actualizing the reduction of the cost of power of solar batteries. <P>SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution 32 is collected and stored in a reactor vessel 31, the electrolytic solution 32 is heated to a predetermined temperature, an anode electrode 1 and an electrode 33 composed of an oxide semiconductor electrode 6 that has absorbed coloring matter on the surface of a transparent conductive glass substrate 5 are immersed in the electrolytic solution 32, a predetermined voltage is applied between the anode electrode 1 and the electrode 33 by power supply 34, and the oxide semiconductor electrode 6 is removed from the transparent conductive glass substrate 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
