PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage facility devices of respective facility networks by a single higher rank management device even in a case that a plurality of the facility networks using different protocols exist. SOLUTION: A facility management system comprises a plurality of control devices 3 to which a plurality of facility devices 4 are connected, are connected to facility networks A and B. The control devices operate the facility devices 4 following to different protocols respectively, and generally control and manage the facility devices 4. A facility device system ID which discriminates the facility devices 4 in a whole system, and a facility device local ID which discriminates them in a facility network, are input to an input unit 14, the higher rank management device 1 updates a higher rank management database, and registers in an integrated management database of an integrated control device 2. By the method, communications are performed between the higher rank management device 1 and the integrated control device 2 using the facility device system ID, and communications are performed between the integrated control device 2 and the control devices 3 using the facility device local ID.
