PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a negative resistance of an oscillation device without reducing a base current. SOLUTION: The oscillation device includes: an oscillation circuit having a bipolar transistor and a piezoelectric vibrator connected to a base of the bipolar transistor; an inverter element having an input end connected to a base electrode of the bipolar transistor; and a resistor connected between an input end of the inverter element and an output end thereof.
