PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moderately small sized rolling bearing allowing detection of a highly precise rotation speed. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing 10 includes a driven ring 11, a fixed ring 12, plural rolling elements 13 rollably set between the driven ring 11 and fixed ring 12 in the circumferential direction, and a magnetic encoder 16 rotating with the driven ring 11. A magnetic encoder 16 is injection molded and is a ringed member 30-60mm in an outer diameter, with magnetic poles alternately arranged in the circumferential direction continuously.
