PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce calculation errors as much as possible, which may be generated in executing various numerical calculations by using a rectangular grating. SOLUTION: An evaluation/determination part 102 evaluates a calculation error in a calculation result calculated by a numerical calculation part 101 and determines whether a grating concerned with a rectangular grating space is to be divided or integrated in order to reduce the calculation error. When the evaluation/determination part 102 determines that the grating is to be divided, a grating division part 103 divides the grating. When the evaluation/determination part 102 determines that the grating is to be integrated, a grating integration part 104 integrates the grating. A calculation data supply part 106 supplies calculating data corresponding to the grating divided or integrated by the grating division part 103 or the grating integration part 104 to the numerical calculation part 101.
