PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire receiver that can immediately change the settings, and for matching set content in a database, installed in a memory card with set content in a database installed in a database preparation device at an early stage. SOLUTION: This fire receiver is provided with an attachment/detachment part for attaching/detaching a non-volatile storage medium as a storage medium in which a first database is stored, and the reading/writing of the first database is freely executable; a database changing means for overwriting the changed first database in the storage medium; and an upload request announcing means for making an announcement, for requesting the user to upload the changed set content, to the second database installed in the database preparation device.
