PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrostatic charge generated by the friction of a moving frame and to allow for a smooth and stable movement of a moving barrel. SOLUTION: A lens barrel is characterized in that it has: the moving barrels which has lens frames holding lenses constituting a photographing optical system and has an operation part performing operations related to photographing, are disposed movably in the optical axis direction of the photographing optical system and compose a collapsible barrel with respect to a barrel body; and an electrically conductive spring member provided in the barrel body and abutted on at least one of the moving barrels when collapsed, wherein one end of the spring member is connected to a grounded potential and the other end of the spring member energizes at lest one of the moving barrels in the direction substantially perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving barrel.
