PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light scattering sheet which is excellent in dimensional stability, light resistance, optical characteristics and brightness. SOLUTION: This light scattering sheet has a multi-layer constitution, and for the multi-layer sheet, the front layer (a) and the rear layer (c) consist of the following (A) component, and the intermediate layer (b) consists of (B) component. The (A) component is a styrene-based resin composition A which contains 1 to 10 pts.mass of an un-melting compound, 0.1 to 3 pts.mass of a hindered amine-based compound, and 0.1 to 3 pts.mass of a benzotriazol-based compound. In this case, the refraction index difference with the styrene-based copolymer of the un-melting compound is within 0.005 to 100 pts.mass of the styrene-based monomer unit, and of which the average particle size is 5 to 15μm. Also, the (B) component is the styrene-based resin composition B which contains 1 to 10 pts.mass of the un-melting compound. In this case, the refraction index difference with the styrene-based copolymer of the un-melting compound is 0.05 to 0.15 to 100 pts.mass of the styrene-based copolymer consisting of 70 to 90 mass% of the styrene-based monomer unit, and 30 to 10 mass% of a methacrylic acid monomer unit, and the average particle size of the un-melting compound is 2 to 10μm.
