PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet nozzle manufacturing method, in which nozzle manufacturing process is simple, an ink-jet nozzle, and an ink-jet printer. SOLUTION: An ink-jet recording head manufacturing method comprises at least a step to fill holes with a first polymer resin to a substrate with holes for ink-liquid supply, a step to form a liquid-channel mold member for a nozzle pattern on the substrate with a second polymer resin, a step to temporarily cure a third curable resin after coating the third curable resin on the substrate as a liquid-channel forming material, a step to actually cure the third curable resin after patterning, a step to form a liquid channel by removing the second polymer resin constituting the liquid-channel mold member, a step to form an ink-liquid supply path by removing the first polymer resin constituting a hole filler of the ink-liquid supply path, and a step to form a discharge-energy generation means.
