<p>Hollow tubular base members (4) are dispersedly arranged along the peripheral part of the region to be shielded on a board surface of a circuit board (2). The peripheral wall (11) of a shield cover (3) has insert pieces (12) in positions corresponding to the arrangement positions of the base members (4) on the extending fore end side of the peripheral wall (11). At the portions of at least the top surface of each base member (4), cuts (6) are made to form elastically deformable tongue piece sections (8(8A, 8B)) so that the insertion positions of the insert pieces (12) of the shield cover (3) may serve as free fore ends. The tongue piece sections (8) elastically deforms toward the space region inside the base member (4) by the insertion force of when the insert pieces (12) of the shield cover (3) are inserted into the cut (6) of the free fore ends, the free fore ends press the insert pieces (12) of the shield cover (3) by the elastic restoring force, and the tongue piece sections (8) are made to serve as elastic holding parts for holding the shield cover (3) and fixing it to the base members (4).</p> |
