A portable deep friction massager with a function of low frequency medical treatment is provided to combine low frequency treatment and massage treatment together. A portable deep friction massager with a function of low frequency medical treatment includes a body(11), a connecting terminal(33) connected to a jack(33) of the body, and pads or patches(36) connected to the terminal through line(34) and jack connector(35). The body includes a head drive unit(22) with a motor-driven finger pressure head(23). The body is formed of a curved bottom face on which a cushion(14) is formed except a moving space(15) of the finger pressure head. Also, a low frequency switch(17) and a finger pressure switch(18) are provided to allow a user to select a low frequency treatment or a massage as desired.
