A valve having a piezoelectric element is provided to simplify the structure thereof by using a mechanical structure having a displacement expanding member, thereby allowing easy manufacture thereof. A valve having a piezoelectric element includes a drive unit(10), a valve unit(30), and a displacement expanding unit(20). The drive unit includes the piezoelectric element expanding lengthwise as current is applied. The valve unit opens and closes a valve passage by including a plunger moving back and forth as the length of the piezoelectric element changes. The displacement expanding unit is provided between the piezoelectric element and the plunger. The displacement expanding unit includes a displacement expanding member for expanding the displacement by pressing the plunger.
