AUTOMATIC ROLLING APPARATUS FOR INDUSTRIAL MOTOR SHAFT

An automatic rolling apparatus for an industrial motor shaft is provided to reduce a manufacturing time and improve productivity by automatically rolling the shaft stored in a shaft storing unit. A shaft storing unit(20) is provided at one side of a shaft receiving unit(12), and has a transfer plate moving up and down by a first hydraulic cylinder to push up a shaft, and a guide plate for guiding the shaft to the shaft receiving unit. A second hydraulic cylinder(30) is provided at the upper part of the shaft receiving unit, and presses the shaft received in the shaft receiving unit to move the shaft between rotating rollers(10). A third hydraulic cylinder(40) is supported at the upper part of the rotating roller by a vertical supporting bar(42), has an electromagnet(41) to transfer the shaft having an outer peripheral surface carved with a predetermined pitch to a discharge plate, and is coupled to a horizontal supporting bar(44) to be movable horizontally. A controlling unit controls the sequential operations of the first, second, and third hydraulic cylinders.
