<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable transfer sheet which is reduced in thickness of DVD etc. and advantageous in manufacturing an optical information recording medium of high capacity, and from which a stamper is easily peeled after curing sheet, without peeling a transfer layer of cured transfer sheet from reflective layers, such as silver alloy and precise shape of irregular signal faces, such as a pit, is easy to be acquired. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable transfer sheet has; a photocurable transfer layer which is composed of photocurable compositions which is deformable by pressurization; and release sheets prepared on both sides thereof respectively. The photocurable transfer sheet is characterized by that compositions of a surface of two release sheet in contact with the photocurable transfer layer differs mutually and remaining adhesion rate of photocurable transfer layer after irradiating UV of 300 mJ/cm<SP>2</SP>is 3% or more in difference of two sides; a manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium using the same and the optical information recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
