摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular dimension measuring instrument capable of accurately acquiring the intraocular dimension of an eye of a subject. <P>SOLUTION: The intraocular dimension measuring instrument for acquiring the intraocular dimension of the eye of the subject by non-contact includes: a measurement light irradiation optical system having a light source for emitting a light flux with a low coherent length and focusing a part of the light flux emitted from the light source respectively on the first and second measurement surfaces of the eye of the subject as first and second measurement lights; an interference optical system having a separating means to separate a part of the light flux emitted from the light source as a reference light and a light path length varying means for changing the light path length of the reference light, changing the light path length of the reference light by using the light path length varying means, respectively performing synthesis, interference, and reception concerning the reference light and the reflection lights of the first and second measurement lights, and obtaining an interference signal; and a measuring means for measuring the intraocular dimension of the eye of the subject, based on the interference signal and the driving result of the light path length varying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
