PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a skin having relatively small pinholes. SOLUTION: The powder slush molding machine 1 comprises a powder box 10 filled with a resin powder 11, a preheated mold 20, a voltage generator 5 for charging the powder box 10 and an earthing device 6 for earthing the mold 20. In a state that the resin powder 11 in the powder box 10 is negatively charged and, in a state that the mold 20 is earthed, an assembly, which is constituted by assembling the powder box 10 and the mold 20 is rotated.
