PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid delivering head which is excellent in durability when subjected to ultrasonic welding, and can reduce a pressure loss when a liquid is introduced, and to provide a liquid delivering apparatus. SOLUTION: An ink introducing member 40 with both a projecting part 41 projected upward into a cylindrical shape and a flange part 43 are provided on the upper face of a case 30. The ink introducing member 40 includes an introducing hole 42 formed largely in the center at an end part of the projecting part 41, and an extending part 46 extended so as to incline inward of the introducing hole 42 from an outer rim of the introducing hole 42.
