PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave guide filter circuit module which can suppress the secondary components of the temperature dependencies of the transmission center wavelength of a wave guide filter circuit, and can make its temperature range large. SOLUTION: The wave guide filter circuit module has a wave guide filter circuit to select the wavelength of the light propagating in the optical wave guide to pass the light, a temperature dependency suppressing means to cancel and suppress the temperature dependency of the transmission center wavelength of the wave guide filter circuit by the temperature characteristic proportional in reverse to the temperature characteristics of the wave guide filter circuit, and a stress applying means which stays apart from the surface of the wave guide filter circuit when the temperature of the above wave guide filter circuit is lower than a preset temperature but comes in contact with its surface to make stress on the optical wave guide when this temperature rises higher than the preset temperature.
