PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring quickly in large quantities deformed textures of a ferrite steel plate subjected to deformation on the basis of the present state of a conventional technology. SOLUTION: In this evaluation method of the deformed textures of the ferrite steel plate, concerning evaluation of deformed micro-textures of the ferrite steel plate, a binary image showing the configuration of a dislocated cell structure formed in ferrite particles is extracted by image processing from a reflected electron image inside the steel plate acquired by utilizing a scanning electron microscope, and the extracted binary image showing the configuration of the dislocated cell structure is overlapped on a crystal azimuth map having the same observation visual field acquired by an electron backscattering diffraction method, to thereby visualize the formation state of the dislocated cell structure in each ferrite particle together with the crystal azimuth.
