PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device heating apparatus that does not scratch a device even if there is a flaw in the bottom of a heater and prevents the heater from sticking to the device. SOLUTION: The device heating apparatus comprises the device, a conveying/carrying-out means for conveying/carrying-out the device to a predetermined position, a heating means for heating the device mounted on a predetermined position.
