PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow guard fitting which can be easily fixed to a rood of an existing home building, and which can exert excellent durability and a snow guard effect. SOLUTION: This snow guard fitting 1 for being mounted on the existing roof 5 is formed like a band plate with a width which enables insertion from a gap formed when a lower end of a roof tile 50 is lifted. The snow guard fitting 1 comprises a locking piece 2 which has a locking part 21 formed at a leading end and which has a fixing part 22 formed at a base end, a snow guard plate 3 which is fixed to the fixing part 22 of the locking piece 2, and a supporting piece 4 in which a locking part 41 is formed. The locking piece 2 is formed in a shape long enough to enable the snow guard plate 3 to be placed on the roof tile 50, in a state in which the fixing part 22 is fixed to the snow guard plate 3 by inserting and locking the locking part 21 of the locking piece 2 from the gap formed when the lower end of the roof tile 50 is lifted. The supporting piece 4 is elongated long enough to enable the roof tile 50 to be fixed in the state of being sandwiched between the locking piece 2 and the supporting piece 4.
