PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard-rail covering method wherein a stepped portion of a connection part of the guard rail and a projected portion of a connection bolt can be covered, so as to prevent a metallic piece of a part of a vehicle body from adhering to the guard rail when the vehicle contacts the guard rail and drives along the guard rail while a pedestrian and a bicycle user can be protected from being injured by the metallic piece. SOLUTION: According to the guard-rail covering method, the stepped portion of the guard-rail connection part and the projected portion of the bolt can be covered with a curable resin.
