PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a projection without causing a problem in molding processing of a shoulder member or the surface of a lower cover. SOLUTION: The shoulder member 15 is mounted with a cylindrical exterior body 14. A part of the shoulder member 15, which projects from the exterior body 14, is mounted with a substrate holder 38b for supporting a control substrate 38a, and covered with the lower cover 42.
