PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball lifting and polishing device, in which ball aligning density is increased to improve its handling ability. SOLUTION: A guide rail 12 of the lifting and polishing device 1 is composed of an aligning groove part 13a disposed at a lower part, and a polishing groove part 13b jointed with it at an upper part. A guide rail groove 12a in the aligning groove part 13a is formed of a shallow groove having an almost rectangular cross section that is elastically deformable. Game balls are put to each other to be received and lifted while they are aligned, so that they are aligned in a high density. The guide rail groove 12a in the polishing groove part 13b is formed as a deep groove having a roughly semicircular cross section. Game balls are supported and lifted on the closer side to a groove wall of the guide rail groove 12a. Game balls receive strong pressure from a polishing cloth 14 to be slowly lifted while generating a little rolling, thereby they are uniformly polished. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
