PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hang a frame with a stand relative to a wall face of a building and install it on a table face as a vertically long use state or a holizontally long use state. SOLUTION: A turning base plate of a folding stand S formed by pivotally connecting a turning base plate 15 to a grounding leg seat 16 is so pivoted as to change its direction relative to a back face plate 12 of a rectangular frame body F at least by 90°(α) into a vertical attitude and a horizontal attitude by a turning fulcrum shaft 17, respective adjacent two cords of first to fourth cords 21a-21d attached to the four corners of the back face plate are longitudinally or transversely fastened and changed, the fastened upper-side two cords are defined to be used as being hung on a hook metal fitting 22 and the similarly fastened lower-side two cords are defined to restrict the grounding leg seat of the stand into a folded and closed state to the turning base plate.
