<p>Disclosed is a locking device for safety belt, in that a horizontal belt and s diagonal belt using a belt fixture are penetrated through the lower and upper portions thereof respectively, so that an angle of a diagonal belt can be freely adjusted so as to be fit for a body of small adult or children during wearing of the diagonal belt and horizontal belt, whereby a passenger can feel the best wearing state. Also, the convex portions of elastic springs are protruded toward inclined grooves of the belt fixture and are elastically fixed to both sides of a belt fixing bar to be locked, so that the belt fixing bar is not slid down the lower portion of the inclined groove, whereby preventing the unbinding of the diagonal belt. The technical construction of the present invention includes circular grooves 91 and linear grooves 92 integrally formed at and penetrated into lower sides of each inclined groove 90 formed at both sides of the belt fixture 10 of the length adjustment device 100, in which the belt fixing bar 40 is inserted, elastic springs 200 having an upper convex portion 201 inserted into the circular groove 91 and protruded toward the inclined groove 90 and a lower supporting portion 202 inserted and fixed into the linear groove 92 integrally formed at the lower portion of the circular groove 91, and the lower body 110 fixed into the lower portion of the belt fixture 10 having the elastic springs 200 therein so as to support and fix the elastic springs 200. Accordingly, the belt fixing bar 40 can be elastically locked through the upper convex portion 201 of the elastic spring 200 during fixing of the diagonal belt 100b via the belt fixing bar 40.</p> |
