<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fine particle-dispersing resin composition which is favorably used for lenses, filters, gratings, optical fibers, flat optical waveguides and the like and has excellent transparency and resistance against discoloration and an optical device using the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic fine particle-dispersing resin composition contains at least a thermoplastic resin and inorganic fine particles. The amount of increase in the oxygen concentration as specified below is ≤3,000 ppm for a temperature change from 100-200°C. Oxygen concentration: oxygen concentration (ppm) in a hermetically sealed vessel determined by gas chromatography after 5 g of the composition is kept over 6 hours at a specific temperature in the hermetically sealed vessel with a volume of 20 ml. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
