<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and efficiently manufacturing a surface-roughened ceramic green sheet, a method of easily regulating the surface roughness of the ceramic green sheet, a zirconia sheet obtained by sintering a zirconia sheet manufactured by those methods and a solid oxide type fuel cell using the zirconia sheet as an electrolyte film. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the surface-roughened ceramic green sheet includes a process for holding the raw ceramic green sheet between surface-roughened surface-roughening sheets to process the same under pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
