<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of correcting variations on the basis of temperature without the need for mount of a temperature sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: an imaging element 4 with a plurality of pixels each provided with a light-sensitive element for converting incident light into an electric signal; and a signal processing section 13 for applying signal processing to electric signals outputted from the imaging element 4, wherein the signal processing section 13 includes: a temperature derive section 15 for deriving temperature from the electric signal outputted from a pixel in a light shield state; and a variation correction section 16 that applies variation correction to the electric signals outputted from the imaging element 4 and fluctuated by a temperature change by using the temperature information derived by the temperature derive section 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
