PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a torque shock caused by reversal in the action direction of driving force, without increasing setting manhours and a data quantity of control information, even when setting a plurality of operation modes different in request driving force to accelerator opening. SOLUTION: An E/G_ECU 22 converts present accelerator openingθacc into accelerator opening (inversely pulling accelerator openingθaccr) corresponding to a preset reference mode. In DA control, accelerator opening factors tiSA1 and tiSA2 being a factor for setting first and second torque variations das1 and das2, are calculated with the inversely pulling accelerator openingθaccr as a parameter. Thus, even when setting target torqueτe different between modes to the accelerator openingθacc, the DA control can be performed by using a common control characteristic between the modes.
