<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area evaluation device, capable of evaluating the transaction performance of an area in consideration for customers' psychological state. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction performance score of a specific area is calculated by calculating, based on a plurality of time-series behavior data showing the moving trace within the specific area of each mobile body moving within the specific area, the data including position information and time within the specific area of the mobile body, two or more kinds of basic behavior amounts for behaviors of each mobile object; calculating, based on the intensity of causal relation/correlation between the plurality of basic behavior amounts of each mobile body and a plurality of behavior factors for the mobile body's psychological state, a score for each of the plurality of behavior factors of the mobile body; and tabulating a transaction performance value within the specific area of each mobile body while assigning a weight value according to the magnitude of the score for each behavior factor of the mobile body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
