<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable production, in a short period, of a leaflet or a catalog arranged for promoting sale of a marketable commodity. <P>SOLUTION: A leaflet/catalog production support apparatus comprises: a means for producing a posting commodity list by selecting a commodity to be posted in a leaflet/catalog from a commodity master after viewing past sales achievements and registering the produced posting commodity list with a database; a means for reading the posting commodity list from the database to decide a planned number and an eye-catcher from the read posting commodity list, and producing the posting commodity list with the planned number added and showing the eye-catcher to update the posting commodity list in the database with the produced posting commodity list; and a means for reading the posting commodity list from the database to allow changing of an arrangement sequence of respective commodities in the read posting commodity list and automatically arranging respective commodities included in the posting commodity list in respective blocks of respective pages of the leaflet/catalog, according to the arrangement sequence and a page block sorting rule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
