<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency by using latent heat of heated exhaust air in heating of clean water or bathtub water to be heated by a heating medium in regard to a heat source device using the heating medium in a heat source. <P>SOLUTION: In regard to the heat source device (a hot water supply/heating/reheating device 2) including heating of the heating medium by sensible heat and/or latent heat of the heated exhaust air (combustion exhaust air 4), by using both a first heat exchange means (a hot water supply heat exchanger 12) for carrying out heat exchange of heat of the heating medium (hot water 6) with supply water or the bathtub water, and a second heat exchange means (a hot water supply secondary heat exchanger 8) for carrying out heat exchange of the latent heat of the heated exhaust air with the supply water or the bathtub water, both the heat of the heating medium and the latent heat of the heated exhaust air are used with respect to heating of the supply water or the bathtub water, and efficient utilization of exhaust heat is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
