<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition having good coating property. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition contains a dye, a photosensitizing agent, a curing agent, an alkali-soluble resin and a solvent, wherein the solvent comprises at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of butyl lactate and propylene glycol butyl ethers and at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of ethyl lactate and N,N-dimethylformamide, wherein the content of at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of butyl lactate and propylene glycol butyl ethers is 20-90 mass% based on the total solvent and the content of at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of ethyl lactate and N,N-dimethylformamide is 10-80 mass% based on the total solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
