PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rod easily and uniformly operated by anyone without getting tired. SOLUTION: In the part constitution of the guide rod and its combination method, a circular hard pipe used as the guide rod is improved, and a holder, a rubber band and a cone ring are manufactured. At the same time, two strings passing through a string passing hole of a guide rod grip part and folded there are allowed to pass through a small hole of the holder, the cone ring, a small hole of the rubber band and an oblong hole of a stopper in this order and knotted flat only once on the pipe part side. A part close to the knot of the strings is strongly and continuously pressed by the rubber band by strongly separating the grip end and the holder to determine the length of two strings according to a combination with a stopper structure. The length setting of the two string is simplified by only one flat knot of the strings, and flexibility of the two strings and the practical use of the holder simplify holding and operation of the guide rod.
