PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an electronic message, which is sent by using a fraudulent address. SOLUTION: The system for detecting the junk electronic messages that are not required by the receiver from the received electronic messages, comprises a management information determining means for determining the authenticity of the management information of the sender address, which is extracted from a received electronic message; a means for transmitting a transmission confirmation message for transmitting to a transmission confirmation message a sender of the electronic message if a result determined by the management information determining means is authentic; and a junk electronic message detecting means for detecting the electronic message as the junk electronic message if an receiving error is detected for the transmission confirmation message.
