PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the layout information of objects without using any template even when the positional relationship of objects is not specified in an animation scenario. SOLUTION: A layout constraint condition determination part 424 refers to a layout constraint condition table stored in a layout constraint condition database 410 to determine the layout constraint conditions to be applied to scenario information (narrow sense) acquired by a scenario information acquisition part 422. Then, a layout information determination part 426 refers to a potential function table stored in the layout constraint condition database 410 to acquire potential functions corresponding to the layout constraint conditions determined by the layout constraint condition determination part 424, and uses the acquired potential functions to determine the positions on the animation space of the objects just before the end and just after the end of each performance, and outputs them as object layout information.
