PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo driver for operating a servo system with multiple axes, that dispenses with providing expensive CPUs having high processing capability. SOLUTION: Each of servo drivers 2 and 3 for controlling each of servo motors 4 and 5 by inputting a position command including final target position data to be output from a controller 1 and interpolation shape data specifying a path is provided with an axis-setting parameter storage part 6 for storing axis-setting parameters, showing which axis own servo system is; an interpolation shape data storage part 7 for storing the interpolation shape data; a final target position data storage part 8 for storing the final target position data; an interpolation shape data arithmetic processing part 9 for converting the interpolation shape data from the interpolation shape data storage part 7 into the target position and target speed of each servo driver, based on the data from the axis setting parameter; and a position deviation correction processing part 10 for correcting the positional deviation.
