PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an security interphone system capable of inexpesively attaining an interlocking alarm by using a contact output type fire detector and simplifying the wiring, and to provide an interphone master unit. SOLUTION: When the interphone master unit 1 and an interphone s-master unit 2 receive a fire detection contact signal from the fire detector 11 connected to their own or receive a fire signal from another interphone master unit 1 and another interphone sub-master unit 2, the interphone master unit 1 and the interphone sub-master unit 2 set off an alarm, and when receiving the fire detection contact signal from the fire detector 11 connected to the interphone master unit 1 and the interphone sub-master unit 2, the interphone master unit 1 and the interphone sub-master unit 2 output a fire signal to the another interphone master unit 1 and the another interphone sub-master unit 2 via a control line L3.
