PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and mobile station device for performing narrow band communication in accordance with a temporary status. SOLUTION: When performing narrow band communication between a base station device 12 and a mobile station device 10, in the case where there is no area for storing data transmitted from the base station device 12 and received by the mobile station device 10 or where there is no time to process the data, a negative acknowledge (Nack) is transmitted from the mobile station device 10 to the base station device 12 by an acknowledge channel (ACKC) to explicitly notify that there is no time to process received data temporarily at the mobile station device 10, based on the negative acknowledgement, the base station device 12 dynamically adjusts frequency of slot allocation to the mobile station device 10.
