PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of connection failure of a cathode wiring and a connection wiring. SOLUTION: A first accumulation part 33 is formed in a groove shape along the outer periphery of a contact hole 32. Moreover, a second accumulation part 34 is formed in a recessed shape between neighboring barrier ribs 6 and between the contact hole 32 and a pixel opening part 31. The first and the second accumulation parts 33, 34 accumulate a liquid material 8a so as to suppress a liquid material from flowing into the contact hole 32. At this time, the inside face of the second accumulation part 34 is formed along the barrier ribs 6. An insulating layer 3 is formed between the cathode wiring 5 and the connection wiring 4 as well as between an anode wiring 2 and the cathode wiring 5. The insulating layer 3 has the contact hole 32 arranged and installed at a position of a connection part 9 to connect the cathode wiring 5 and the connection wiring 4, and the pixel opening part 31 arranged and installed at a position of a crossing part 10 of the anode wiring 2 and the cathode wiring 5.
