PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle indoor structure capable of enhancing getting on/out property to a seat behind a door opening part and amenity property in a cabin of an occupant sitting on the rear seat and accomplishing insurance in an installation space of a mechanism regarding automation of a door opening/closing action. SOLUTION: The vehicle indoor structure is provided with a door (12) for opening/closing a getting on/out opening (20) at a side part of the vehicle and is provided with a getting in/out step (5) at an indoor side of the opening. The step is positioned at a lower position than a floor (4) in the cabin. An extension floor part (6) having height approximately equal to the floor (4) is provided at a rear side in a vehicle longitudinal direction of the step (5). Further, a rear side leg part (24) of the foldable seat (2) is projectedly provided at an outer side in a vehicle width direction and is placed on the extension floor part (6).
