The method involves lifting a housing with included air and an electrical turbine (F) upwardly and vertically by a water wave (G), and drawing the housing with included air and electrical turbine downwardly by a vertical traction weight (E). A rotary motion is produced by upward and downward movement (D) of gear wheels with the aid of a gear wheel drive (C). The rotary motion is further conducted to the electrical turbine. A stabilizing weight (H) is provided for the gear wheel drive and the housing with the electrical turbine.
