[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] One transfer roller (21a) has a transfer surface (25a) spirally arranged on the outer circumference surface. The transfer surface (25a) has one end side (B) narrowed and inclined with respect to the center axis line so that a transfer object (1) is held between the transfer surface and the other transfer roller (21b). The transfer roller (21b) has an inclined surface (26a) spirally arranged on the outer circumference surface. The inclined surface (26a) has one end side (A) narrowed and inclined with respect to the center axis line. A supply means (12) can supply the transfer object (1) to between the transfer rollers. An inspecting section (13) is provided with an image acquiring means (27) which can acquire an image of the entire outer surface of the transfer object (1), and an abnormality detecting means for detecting abnormalities of the transfer object (1) based on the image. A removing means (14) can remove the transfer object (1), from which an abnormality is detected, from between the transfer rollers.
