A surface-modified biodegradable polyester PLGA(poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid)) scaffold is provided which is most adequate for adhesion, mass-culturing and function increase of a specific cell by modifying the PLGA. A method for preparing the scaffold more easily is provided. A surface-modified biodegradable polyester PLGA scaffold consists of a scaffold for cell deposition and cultivation obtained by grafting at least one or all of acrylic acid(AAc), hexanediamine(HD) and galactose into a biodegradable PLGA. A method for preparing the PLGA scaffold comprises the steps of: (a) mixing PLGA with polyethylene glycol to prepare a three-dimensional PLGA scaffold; (b) depositing plasmatized acrylic acid on the PLGA scaffold; (c) dipping the acrylic acid-deposited PLGA scaffold in a buffer solution including hexanediamine; and (d) after adding lactobionic acid to the aminated scaffold to complete the reaction, washing and drying it. |
