A wheelchair on which a person can have radiograph taken, as it is, by a general radiography system without transferring to another chair. The wheelchair comprises a seat, a backrest provided with an upper frame fixed substantially perpendicularly to the seat and a body fixed removably to the upper frame, grips provided continuously to the upper frame, and wheels, wherein the upper frame is substantially perpendicular to the grounding surface of the wheel, the body is composed of an X-ray transmitting material, and the grips are provided continuously to the upper frame such that they can be removed and rotated. |
